These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia for any disputes arising from these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase. No refunds are provided for renewal periods or after the initial 30-day period.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by BusiSuite and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without compensation or attribution to you.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia and other applicable Canadian privacy laws.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Support levels vary by subscription plan. All users receive email support, with higher-tier plans receiving priority support and additional support channels.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MINI ERP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BusiSuite, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. Paid subscriptions continue until cancelled by either party.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt resolution.
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of British Columbia, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BusiSuite regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to any successor or acquirer.
